1. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
 

2. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
 

3. Roll call:  Present:  Short, D. Boulier, M. Boulier, Cataldo, Cunningham, Dembinski
                     Absent:  Kays, Acciavatti (excused)
 

4. Motion by Cataldo to approve agenda.  Seconded by Dembinski.  Motion carried unanimously.
 

5. Motion by M. Boulier to approve minutes of the May 20, 2010 Meeting as presented.  Seconded by
D. Boulier.  Motion carried unanimously.

6. Brief Public Comment:  None 

7. Correspondence/Communications; 

            MTA News
            Semcog      

 8. New Business:            

            Discussed wind conversion ordinance with regard to single family use, setbacks, special use approval.  Planning Commission to look over information and discuss at a later date. 

9. Old Business: 

            Private Road Ordinance –  

            J.Leaman, Allen Road, fees associated with private roads.  There will be engineering costs, site plan review, and possibly attorney fees.  Maintenance agreement – are you going to have a standard form or template that you could keep on file and give out.  Our attorney discouraged the township handing out a standard form.  He would like to review each maintenance agreement submitted.  Dembinski – I think we should have a standard form that has been reviewed by the attorney and approved for distribution.  Cataldo distributed information with open space reserved and alternate parcel sizes.  Motion by Dembinski to recommend to the Township Board to adopt the private road ordinance.  Seconded by

M. Boulier.  Motion carried unanimously.
