The Board of Review consists of three (3) residents of St. Clair Township appointed by the Township Board.
 The Board of Review meets annually in March to review the assessment roll.  Property owners who do not agree
with the values placed on their property must make an appointment to appear before the Board of Review to
protest their assessment. 

The appointments are scheduled at 15 minutes intervals, it is important that you be prepared to present your
information to the Board of Review in a timely fashion. 

You may also present your information to the Board of Review in writing.  Please keep in mind that any correspondence
must be presented to the Board of Review prior to the last day of the hearing.

The assessment notices will be sent to all property owners in late February.  On the notification the Board of Review
dates and times will be stated.  PLEASE REMEMBER - YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO APPEAR BEFORE
THE BOARD OF REVIEW.
