St. Clair Township Board Meeting

Supervisor Mahaffy called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. All Board Members present. Mayor Cedar led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Meeting was held at St. Clair City Hall to hear presentation by Dan Casey regarding Trade Corridor.

1. Dan Casey of Economic Development Alliance addressed the St. Clair City Council and the St. Clair Township Board Members regarding the creation of the Interstate 69 International Trade Corridor. Five counties including St. Clair County are considering an

interlocal agreement to create a trade corridor along I-69 that would attract new businesses. Deadline for the Township to participate is December 15, 2011.

2. Moved by Treasurer Miskus. Seconded by Trustee Boulier to accept minutes of the November 7, 2011 Township Board Meeting. Motion carried.

3. Moved by Treasurer Miskus. Seconded by Clerk Skonieczny to pay all bills.

4. Township Board discussed the trade corridor along I-69. This item will be placed on the next agenda.

5. Moved by Trustee Karas. Seconded by Trustee Boeck to adjourn.
