Supervisor Mahaffy called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Roll call:
All Board Members present. 

1.  Moved by Trustee Boulier. Seconded by Trustee Boeck to accept the minutes of the

10-3-2011 Twp Board Meeting. Motion carried. 

2.  Moved by Trustee Karas. Seconded by Trustee Boulier to pay all bills.

Roll call: Yes, Trustees Boeck, Hovis, Boulier & Karas, Clerk Skonieczny, Treasurer Miskus & Supervisor Mahaffy.
Motion carried. 

3. Ann Eisen Recreation Coordinator for the City of Marysville addressed the Township Board regarding various
recreation programs. The Township possibly could share with Marysville Recreation classes and different activities.
Township Board also discussed paying the additional fee non-residents pay. Township will refer the recreation plan to
the St Clair Township Recreation Committee for their consideration. 

4. Township Board discussed Bike Path Engineering. Moved by Clerk Skonieczny. Seconded by Trustee Karas to
accept the bid of Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick to engineer the project at a cost of $30,300.00. Roll call: Yes, Trustees
Boeck, Hovis, Boulier & Karas, Clerk Skonieczny, Treasurer Miskus & Supervisor Mahaffy. Motion carried. 

5. Moved by Treasurer Miskus. Seconded by Clerk Skonieczny to accept the bid of Allan Cunningham for the Township
truck cap in the amount of $350.00. Roll call: Yes, Trustees Boeck, Hovis, Boulier & Karas, Clerk Skonieczny, Treasurer
 Miskus & Supervisor Mahaffy. Motion carried. 

6.  Tabled St. Clair County Road Commission Meeting. 

7.  Moved by Clerk Skonieczny. Seconded by Trustee Karas to contract with the St. Clair County Road Commission
to asphalt an approach on Vine Road at Rattle Run Road at a cost of $12,050.00. Roll call: Yes, Trustees Boeck, Hovis,
Boulier & Karas, Clerk Skonieczny, Treasurer Miskus & Supervisor Mahaffy. Motion carried. 

8.  Tabled two asphalt approaches. 

9.  Moved by Treasurer Miskus. Seconded by Clerk Skonieczny to set a public hearing for street light special assessment
district on 11-07-2011. Motion carried. 

10.  Call from the table. Trustee Hovis presented Supervisor Mahaffy with a material list for Canoe Launch.    
   Supervisor Mahaffy to get prices. 

11.  Brief Comments.
            G. Reichle – Fred Moore Hwy maintenance responsibility.
            J. Boeck – Fall Clean Up. 

Moved by Trustee Boeck. Supported by Treasurer Miskus to adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
